Thank you for considering HealthyMe as a potential sponsor. As you can imagine, we receive a large number of sponsorship proposals to consider and the following online submission process allows us to effectively evaluate all incoming sponsorship opportunities.

 

In order to submit your proposal for consideration, please complete the following online questionnaire. All questions must be answered. This process should take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Sponsorship proposals cannot be considered until they have been submitted via this site. You will be able to add comments and upload a detailed sponsorship proposal at the end of the questionnaire. HealthyMe will not accept proposals via mail or fax.

 

Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgement of your submission immediately and a reply to your submission within 8 weeks with our level of interest. Thank you for your interest in HealthyMe.
